Dr. Francis Lim Qian Loong is the founder and Director of Steering International Training Solutions Sdn Bhd. A physician by training — holding an MBBS from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, UK) — Dr. Lim brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to the design and delivery of corporate learning programmes.
His experience spanning clinical practice and the corporate world gives him a distinctive lens on human performance: the ability to translate complex, high-stakes concepts into learning that sticks, changes behaviour, and drives measurable results. He leads programme design and facilitation across leadership, business effectiveness, and professional skills — working with organisations in Malaysia and the wider APAC region.
